Applewood Swim & Tennis Club is a private club that first opened in 1965. The club is open 12-8 PM everyday starting Memorial Day weekend and operates through Labor Day weekend. We offer a competitive swim and tennis team with the area’s finest instructional coaches. Our head swim coach, Carlo Cordon, has been coaching in the Youngstown Swim League for over 30 years and also serves as the head coach of the Boardman High School Swim Team. Carina Cummings will be joining the club as the head tennis coach this season! Members enjoy a laid back atmosphere with FREE group swim lessons, group tennis lessons, and much more. ASTC has 2 outdoor pavilions, picnic tables, a play center, shaded landscaping, full basketball court, bocce court, kiddie pool and the main pool that has an area for everyone. In the deep end you will find a low and a high dive. Lifeguards are on duty at all times and are here to help with anything you may need. ASTC's Entertainment committee has many events planned and both pavilions are available for private parties and events.

Celebrating 55 Years: 5 Year Plan 

This will be the 55th summer here at Applewood Swim and Tennis Club. As we look towards the future, we are excited to share with you our plan to ensure another great 55. As a club, we strive to stay fiscally sound, maintain healthy membership, improve facilities and continue to create and foster an overall safe and inviting family atmosphere for our membership. Over the past few years we have reduced our stock prices to entice new members while keeping dues steady. With many needed updates and a healthy membership, we feel now is the time to create a 5 year plan for club stability and continual improvement.
